Turmeric Ginger Tea
A lightly flavored, silky smooth tea made from two natural antiinflammatories, turmeric and ginger.
I find almond milk is best, but I’ve also used whole milk.
fresh ginger root
If you want it spicer, add 1/4 tsp at a time until you get it how you want it.
vanilla bean paste
Whisk milk, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla bean paste in a small pot.
Slice small slivers of ginger root and add to milk mixture.
Bring to a boil, then turn to low and simmer for 10 minutes, whisking periodically.
Strain out tea.
