  1. Whisk milk, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla bean paste in a small pot.
  2. Slice small slivers of ginger root and add to milk mixture.
  3. Bring to a boil, then turn to low and simmer for 10 minutes, whisking periodically.
  4. Strain out tea.
